RSO (RECOGNIZED STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS)

OVERVIEW

The University of Louisville hosts over 400 self-governing student organizations covering a wide variety of student interests. These groups provide a wonderful opportunity to become involved in campus life and to connect with other students on campus.

RSOs are established by the approval of the Student Senate and the Student Organization Advisory Board. The SOAB consists of 5 students; 3 are appointed by the SGA President and 2 are appointed by the Student Involvement office. SOAB also hosts training and educational sessions for RSO leadership.
