​Student Body President, Dorian Brown:

  • Participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Center of Engaged Learning

  • Participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the International Center and Passport Place

  • Participated in a fundraiser with Future Healers UofL

  • Hosted Pie an Athlete fundraiser with the Student Athlete Advisory Council

  • Met with the UofL Foundation Board

  • Met with the Board of Trustees

  • Sat on the UofL Presidential Search Committee

Executive Vice President, Katie Hayden:

  • Coordinated SGA x Athletics Rolling with the Punches

  • Created the 2023-2024 SGA Budget with the Appropriations Committee

  • Worked with the Senate Executive Board and Supreme Court to edit the Election Rules for the upcoming year

Academic Vice President, Bryson Sebastian:

  • Continued working with the Office of the Provost to assess student engagement

  • Met with the Tree Committee to discuss the future of the Belknap Campus

  • Worked with Assistant AVP Emma McLellan and the Dean of Students office to begin reforming the Compassionate Withdrawal program

  • Began to expand delegated access on ULink in conjunction with the Office of the Provost

  • Met with Faculty Senate

  • Met with Academic Policy Board

  • Worked with rest of Top 4 to implement successful partnership week with athletics

Services Vice President, Alex Reynolds:

  • Led a group of student senators in advocating for parking solutions for students, working with University administration to protect and expand student parking

  • Sponsored the ULPD Cookout - handing out SGA swag and providing ULPD with several SGA volunteers

  • Ongoing advocacy with Grace Beebe (RHA) and Yelena Bagdasaryan (ELSB) in reforming meal plan waiver policy to remove barriers for students

  • Productive meeting with Bird Scooter company about campus accessibility issues (e.g. scooter parked in front of crosswalks, parking spots, handicap buttons, etc.) and solutions

  • Finalizing Greek Housing/Suite Facilities Report to advocate for investments in maintenance, security, and communication

  • Met with representatives from Lyft to discuss campus transportation and possible partnerships

  • Working with parking to advocate for a direct TARC count (no off-campus stops) from campus to the KFC YUM Center on game days

  • Hosted UofL Dining at a Student Senate meeting to hear updates and provide the opportunity for questions

  • Met with representatives from the UofL Counseling Center to discuss flexible work hours and greater investments in counseling services
